Workshop
Summary
Applipiecing is a simple direct method for
joining curved templates, which Caryl developed in 1989
to join the complex curves in her award winning quilts.
In this class you will learn to draw and mark your own pattern
and piece the most complex interlocking curves quickly and
easily. You will make a small sample to learn the techniques.
. Supplies
you need to bring
Squares of three-five different fabrics (12" minimum).
Fabrics should contrast with each other but look good together.
Be sure you have at least one light and one dark or black. Solid
colors will work best for the small sample you will make in
the class. If you bring prints, be sure they are small, low
contrast prints. Fabric must be 100% cotton
-
-
