This one a series of miniatures based on my previous original designs. This is based on my Spirogyra series. The unquilted top for my 2012 quilt, Spirogyra #5, was photographed and digitally painted in Corel Draw. The colors, shape, and size were all changed, and the design was printed on cotton fabric by Spoonflower. It was machine quilted with many different colors of thread. The backing fabric is from one of my collections for Benartex.
