Design Concept

The design for this quilt grew out of a series of small doodles and pencil sketches on the theme of fantasy feathers and flowers. This piece was made especially for a collection of 12" square quilts to be auctioned for the benefit of the Studio Art Quilt Associates.

The quilt is made from a single "Rainbow" fabric in the "Gradations" collections designed by Caryl Bryer Fallert for Benartex.
