Design
Concept
This is one of a series of quilts in which three-dimensional, constructed tucks are pieced into a pieced background. The background was pieced from a gradation of black, white, and grey. The tucks are black-grey-white on the right sides and rainbow hues on the left sides. A string-pieced border of rainbow hues surrounds the center panel.
