Design
Concept
This was one of my early experiments with digital printing. The design was created in Corel Draw! by mirror-imaging various graphic shapes inside 60 º diamonds. I used the colors of the rainbow fabric gradations I was dyeing at that time. The individual templates were printed on an ink jet printer on fabric that was soaked in Bubble Jet Set to make it permanent. The hexagonal center panel was surrounded by a solid black border. |
